Jorge Escobar – Motorcycle Instructor
Jorge Escobar brings over 45 years of motorcycle riding experience to Calle Driving School. Known for being patient, friendly, and highly professional, Jorge ensures that learning to ride is a pleasant and positive experience for every student.
Calle Driving School is licensed and bonded by the NJ Division of Motor Vehicles. On the day of your motorcycle road test, Jorge meets students at the testing site 30 minutes prior to the scheduled test time. He carefully explains what the test involves and gives students time to become familiar with the motorcycle, including the brakes, throttle, and handling.
We provide KTM Duke 390 motorcycles with manual transmissions, all registered, insured, and road-test ready. For students without a helmet, a DOT-approved helmet is available for use during the test. These sessions are intended for students with some prior motorcycle experience or those returning to riding after a long break.
In addition, we offer one-hour private lessons on scooters for students who need hands-on experience with two-wheel vehicles. All lessons are conducted by NJ licensed driving instructors.
If your road test is scheduled at Randolph NJMVC, call to schedule your appointment with us. For tests at other locations, we are happy to reschedule to Randolph, Morris County, and we make every effort to accommodate each student’s needs.
All instructors at Calle Driving School are mandated to pass a Live Scan national fingerprint background check and are DMV-approved. We maintain a strict standard: instructors are expected to always act in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment for students of all ages.
About Our Driving Programs
Private Motorcycle Lessons
We understand that taking driving lessons can be intimidating. That’s why we offer private lessons to all of our students, ensuring a supportive and personalized learning experience. Our instructors work to ease your fears and build the confidence you need to ride safely.
Our program consists of 6 hours of professional behind-the-wheel motorcycle training, designed to teach students basic riding skills, proper techniques, and DMV test preparation. The course is divided into three 2-hour sessions for effective, hands-on learning.
For your convenience, we offer pick-up service from home, school, or work at a time that works best for both students and instructors, making the learning process as easy and stress-free as possible.
Requirements:
Motorcycle Skills Test Service
Minimum Age: Applicants must be at least 17 years old. Parent or guardian consent is required for anyone under 18.

Requirements: Must be a confident motorcycle rider. This service is designed for riders who prefer a user-friendly motorcycle for their road test.
DMV motorcycle examination permit
To apply for a motorcycle examination permit, you must:
Bring 6 Points of ID verification to a motor vehicle agency.
Pay a $10 application fee.
Complete and pass the knowledge and vision tests.
